"SS" Guide Didn't Help w/this One

I had to check on YouTube to get this Isle of Songs puzzle solved. Damn game guide was too vague. Anyway,I went to the Silent Realm for the first time and got a few Dusk Relics which I used to upgrade my sacred shield and slingshot. Somehow,I can't help thinking it'll take some time to get a hang of the silent realm.
